This year, the theme for the most-awaited Kadayawan Festival is "Stand Tall, United, Resilient" which aptly describes Davao City and its people. Amid the threats and recent unfortunate incidents, the city's residents remain united and courageous to face life while being vigilant of their surroundings.
The Kadayawan 2017 will kick off on August 14 and will run until August 20. Magsaysay Park will be the venue of the festival's opening ceremony. Here's a quick peek of the upcoming events for Kadayawan 2017 (courtesy of the Kadawayan sa Davao Facebook page).
