This is the second year that the owners opened the Christmas mansion to the public. The Roseville residents, myself included, are among the first to enjoy this wonderful place last year.
Christmas Mansion 2015 |
Did you know that it took three months for them to buy and set up their decorations? And the cost? Almost a million pesos. For the Christmas village alone, they already spent several hundred thousands.
Visitors from kids to adults can tour most parts of the mansion including the bedrooms and bar at the second floor as well as the rooftop. A snack bar is also available in the garden area at the back in case you or your kid get hungry. And apart from the main house, two other guest houses in the compound are also open for everyone to see.
One of the best features of the house is its beautiful Christmas village situated in the main living room.
A collection of toy soldiers is another attraction beside the Christmas village. They're a feast to the eyes of both the young ones and the young at heart.
Another collection in the main living room features all types of snowman.
There are also several Christmas trees in the different parts of the house, each featuring a theme. One of them located in a guest house is Disney-themed.
This beautiful large Angel also caught my attention. This is a new addition to the Christmas decors and never goes unnoticed.
Outside the mansion is a giant Christmas tree which has become a favorite photo-op spot for visitors.
This amazing Christmas Mansion is located at Phase 2, Roseville Subd., Lanang, Davao City. It is open from 5 pm to 11 pm and will be open to the public until December 29. Entrance fee is P30 for adults and P20 for kids. Make sure to visit this wonderland soon or you'll be left behind.
